Broad Oak Late Night Party Room & Bar

For this room, leading from an elegant living room and dining hall completed for my clients the previous year, we went to town with luxury soft furnishings, including a retro-patterned wallpaper from Osborne & Little in brown, rust and bronze, and interlined curtains in bronze metallic linen. The bespoke ‘spoon’ shaped bar, which we designed, was painted in high gloss chocolate brown, with a ‘rusted metal’ ceramic bar surface from Neolith. A stunning pendant light from CTO in bronze and brass forms a focal point at one end.

My clients ordered a new pool table with a custom cover of saffron baize, and a bespoke dartboard cupboard completed the scheme. For those whose accuracy might be impaired after a few drinks, we lined the doors of the dartboard cupboard with cork, stained to match the bar…

Specialist lighting systems light both the bar and the dance area – complete with disco ball and multi-coloured recessed down-lights.
