Shelving and filing cabinets disappear into the rich teal feature wallpaper, providing plenty of storage for precious books, mementoes and photographs. The darkest blue ceiling and woodwork add drama, with contrast provided by a flat weave paler carpet.
Paired with a mid-century desk chair, reupholstered in a coordinating fabric, the bespoke desktop on a rise and fall desk mechanism creates a flexible working space.
And for moments of relaxation, the large window allows an uninterrupted view of the city garden.
